The Village of Winnebago is now taking appointments for new cellular meter swapping! With a new cellular meter topper you will have access to an app that continuously monitors your usage, can alert you to increases &/or leaks and help you stay connected in real time to possible issues. All meter toppers throughout the Village will be upgraded to cellular toppers, to make your appointment or are unsure if you have a new topper, please call the Water Dept. at the Village office at 815-335-2020 or filling the webform below. Make your appointment today & take charge of your water consumption.
Meter swaps generally take as little as 15 minutes, the homeowner must be present to gain access to the meter inside of the home.
