The permit application includes requirements for construction of the driveway, and/or sidewalk. Be sure to include all required documents with your completed application, such as the Certificate of Insurance listing the Village of Winnebago as Certificate Holder, Certificates of Bond, or Right-of-Way Bond in the amount equal to the estimated cost of the driveway/sidewalk project, but not less than $5,000. A site plan drawing must also be completed and submitted detailing the work performed.
Be sure to follow all steps carefully—starting work without a permit may result in doubled fees.
Completed applications along with the required documents can be dropped off at the Village Hall during office hours or submitted by email to vowadmin [at] winnebagoil.gov (vowadmin[at]winnebagoil[dot]gov)
