Village Staff and Officials provide general administrative services for the village as a whole, executing the roles of their respective departments. Policymaking and legislative authority are vested in the Board of Trustees. The Village Administrator is responsible for implementing the Board’s policies and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the village. The Village Administrator works directly with the Department Heads, Appointed Officials, and Staff, coordinating policies and services across all village departments.
